purchasing from our web site means you agree to

ORDERING
You can use the Order Form to order boxes or to
make enquiries. We also welcome orders via e-mail
or by telephone on +44 (0) 1724 784493 during UK
office hours.
Once you
have placed your order, or made an enquiry, we will confirm the
details by e-mail within 24 hours. If it is an order, the
e-mail reply will include details of when that order will be
ready for sending to you. Boxes that are in stock will
normally be dispatched on receipt of payment. Boxes
made to your own specifications and bulk orders
will take longer and we will specify in our
confirmation the timescale for the dispatch of
these orders. In many cases we will make verbal
contact to discuss an order as we always aim to provide
a more personal service to our customers. Where a delivery date
is specified by you on the order request we will do our very
best to meet that delivery date but this does not constitute
a guarantee.
With all orders, only when you are ready to proceed with the
purchase will we make arrangements with you to process
your payment.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
Within the UK parcels will be sent via Courier and will take 3-5 working days to arrive. The cost of this is £8.95
per parcel and includes insurance.
Outside the UK consignments
are sent using Parcelforce Worldwide. The cost of postage varies
and details will be specified on acceptance of an order. On very
rare occasions parcels may be intercepted by local customs offices;
if they are you may have to pay local taxes or import duties and
there may be subsequent delays.

PRICES
The prices displayed on this web site are in pounds
sterling. We also show the equivalent price in US
dollars and in Euros but these prices are for
guidance purposes only. We will supply a price
based on the current exchange rate when we request
your payment.

DELIVERY
We will e-mail you to confirm that an order has
been dispatched and will give an indication of when
you are likely to receive it (subject to any
customs checks and any other circumstances beyond
our control).

RETURNS
You may cancel an order at any time prior to its
dispatch and receive a full refund. We however
cannot accept cancellations on items made to your
own specifications, and this includes photo
boxes. Our
finished boxes are crafted to a high standard but
should you be unhappy with your purchase please
make us aware immediately and make arrangements to
return it to us in a re-saleable condition within
30 days for a full refund. (We will pay return
postage costs too if there is a fault with a box).
We regret we cannot refund on boxes made to your
own specifications or on photo boxes because they
have no re-saleable value.

PHOTOBOXES
We can transfer a photograph to the lid of a
suitably shaped box. You should note that there may
be some variation in colour, brightness and
definition between the original image and the
finished product. We may need to crop and edit
images where necessary to achieve the best result.
We are unable to give refunds on photo boxes.

GENERAL
We do not publish catalogues for our products.
Please contact us to discuss any specific
requirements. We will not
accept liability for any errors in the description
and prices on the web site but will correct any
errors as soon as we are aware of them. Some
colours may not be accurately represented on the
web site and we can supply swatches of fabric if
required.

to third parties.
